“Stray Pug’s youth boxing sessions focus on improving the physical, mental & emotional health of children (ages 6-17). We encourage focus, discipline and movement while using real pugilist (boxing) techniques which serve to improve cardio, coordination and overall health. Children will learn real self defense skills which also protect against peer pressure and/or bullying. We aim to build character, self esteem and integrity. Stray Boxing 4Life is committed to building strong healthy minds in addition to building strong healthy bodies.”
